Tasks
- Support customers in their human experience management journey by providing advice on the introduction of SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on core HR processes.
- Analyze business processes and develop customer-specific process suggestions and improvements.
- Take responsibility and act as a (partial) Project Manager for implementation projects in the area of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Work independently within a collaborative team environment to develop ideas and solutions.
- Collaborate with colleagues at ORBIS People to design a job role that fosters personal and professional development.
- Lead innovative and cutting-edge projects as a lead consultant, ensuring overall project success.

Requirements
- Several years of experience as a (senior) consultant in the SAP SuccessFactors module Employee Central, including experience in multiple implementation projects.
- Very good knowledge and certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, ideally supplemented by further certifications.
- Proficiency in analyzing business processes and providing customer-specific process suggestions and improvements.
- Willingness to take responsibility and act as a (partial) project manager for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation projects.
- Ability to advise and support customers in the introduction of SAP SuccessFactors with a focus on core HR processes.
- Desire to share knowledge with colleagues and support less experienced consultants in their training.
- High level of self-organization and communication skills.
- Fluent German and good knowledge of English.
- Moderate willingness to travel.
