Das sind Ihre Aufgaben
- Unterstützung und Begleitung der Key Account Manager im Bereich des Elektroeinzelhandels (z. B. durch Angebotserstellung für Werbungen und Messeangebote, Nachfassen von Verkaufsaktionen, Abwicklung diverser administrativer Kundenanfragen)
- Zentraler Ansprechpartner für Innen- und Außendienst (z. B. bei Werbeaktionen von der Definition der Aktion bis hin zur Koordination und Abwicklung)
- Produkt- und Stammdatenpflege der Key-Account-Sortimente
- Umsatz- und Bonusauswertung
- Abrechnung und Kontrolle des Marketingbudgets der zugeordneten Kunden
- Erstellung und Nachhalten von Sonder- und Werbegruppenvereinbarungen
- Kontaktpflege zu Kunden und Korrespondenz
- Telefonische Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kunden sowie Auftrags- und Angebotsbearbeitung
Das bringen Sie mit
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst
- Kundenorientiertes Denken und Handeln
- Gute EDV- und MS Office-Kenntnisse
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Infor LN sind von Vorteil
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
