Senior Manager Internal Audit (gn)
Your tasks:
- Perform audits autonomously to evaluate risks to the business, risk management and internal control systems and recommend improvements to add value to the operations of the Oerlikon Group.
- Deliver assurance by performing financial, operational and IT audits in Europe and globally.
- Perform autonomously all phases of audit projects – planning, execution, completion and reporting – as assigned.
- Design effective plans for improvement in risk areas identified within audits to ensure that risk is reduced, and commercial improvements delivered as a result of audit work.
- Discussion of audit findings with auditee management and agreement of effective solutions to implement change.
Your profile:
- Fully qualified auditor (WP, CIA, CPA or comparable). CISA qualification is a plus.
- Minimum 7 years work experience in audit, finance and / or IT. Minimum 2 years work experience in internal or external audit.
- Excellent English presentation and communication skills, both verbally and in writing. Chinese language skills are a plus.
- Highly results driven and self-motivated team player with business acumen, compassion, integrity, trust and perseverance.
- Ability to accept and meet deadlines, involving effective time management capacity.
- Ambition to assume a future leadership role.
- Willingness to travel (approx. 50%). Living close to an airport in Germany.
