Valeo Service, the aftermarket sector of Valeo, distributes a wide range of products and high-quality services (catalogs, marketing tools, training and diagnostic tools) to car dealerships, spare parts distributors and independent workshops in more than 150 countries worldwide.

In order to drive our growth and further development, we are looking for YOU as HR Business Partner (m/f/d) for our location in Ratingen

These challenges await you:

• Advising managers and employees on all personnel-related issues (e.g. individual personnel measures, personnel development, etc.)

• Implementing operational HR work in compliance with Group-wide standards and processes.

• Independently reviewing and processing labor law issues and ensuring compliance with HR processes in the area of responsibility

• Carrying out monthly HR reporting and annual HR planning.

• Ensuring and preparing the monthly payroll on time.

• Contact person for questions regarding payroll, tax, pension, social security and health insurance.

• Supervision of internal communication, e.g. creation of newsletter articles, maintenance of the intranet, planning of employee events, CSR activities, etc.

• Supervision of the area of occupational safety.

• Close cooperation and exchange with HR colleagues in the Northern Europe region.

You inspire us with this:

• Successfully completed business studies with a focus on human resources or comparable training and further education.

• Relevant experience in an industrial company with an international environment.

• Sound knowledge of labor and works constitution law.

• Confident handling of MS Office applications, especially MS Excel.

• Very good written and spoken German and English.

• Your personal strengths include organizational skills, a very independent way of working and excellent communication skills.
