Compensation:
$40,000 - $60,000
Responsibilities:
- Pursue leads consistently until appointments are arranged with a buyer’s or listing agent
- Follow up with customers via phone calls, email, etc. to ensure they buy their next home with us
- Enter inbound leads and past clients’ current information into the customer database so all real estate agents and the sales team have the most up-to-date information
- Create monthly and quarterly sales reports to show the team’s progress toward company goals
- Meet with pre-qualified leads and convert them to new customers
- Proactively reach out to hot leads via phone, email, and messaging platforms to initiate conversations and assess their real estate needs
- Schedule appointments between potential clients and our real estate agents
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions in our CRM system, ensuring accurate follow-up and lead nurturing
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop strategies for lead conversion
- Stay informed about the real estate market trends and regulations to provide accurate information to leads
- Be available to work outside of normal business hours when necessary to accommodate the schedules of potential clients
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address any concerns or questions from leads promptly
- Demonstrate persistence and resilience in following up with leads until they are ready to convert
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategy and goals of the brokerage
Qualifications:
- Possesses superb interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid U.S. driver’s license required, able to travel by car
- +1 year of experience generating real estate leads
- Must have a high school diploma, 4-year degree preferred
- Must possess a real estate license
- Demonstrated motivation and a results-driven approach
- Flexible schedule with the willingness to work outside normal business hours if necessary
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively over the phone and in writing
- Basic understanding of real estate processes and terminology
- Experience working with CRM software and managing client databases
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address client concerns efficiently
- A team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred
- Real estate license or willingness to obtain one is a plus
