WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Supporting the team in daily activities
- Scheduling and preparing meetings
- Event and travel management (e.g., assisting in organizing conferences, business trips and internal events)
- Supporting sales data analysis and updating databases
- Support preparing presentations, statistics, and reports
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Successfully graduated apprenticeship or comparable qualification
- First professional experience of advantage
- Safe command of MS Office, SAP and Salesforce knowledge of advantage
- Independent and proactive working style
- High level of self-motivation and willingness to learn
- Problem solving ability and motivation to work in an international environment
- Fluent in English
