Senior Manager, Brand Strategy, HVAC & Controls

What will you do
You will focus on positioning of existing brands, developing brand strategies for new products, developing cohesive brand architectures and impactful brand hierarchies as well as brand alignment and migration approaches that deliver brand leadership in key Controls and HVAC markets around the world.
How will you do it
Develop a clear brand strategy vision for the portfolio and defined product brands, aligned to channel strategies and targeted at key customer segments
Develop and deploy strategic product brand assessment frameworks, delivering strategic insights on the go forward path
Lead the assessment, strategic recommendation as well as reviews, sign-off and execution of global brand rationalization and brand integration strategie
Assess and redefine channel brand strategies with clear understanding of opportunities, risks and revenue impact
Develop visualization of brand end state strategies and define clear and impactful migration plans
Develop new, customer-centric brand architecture strategies
Ensure effective stakeholder communication, progress reports
Conduct competitive desk research and insight summaries and lead brand research projects related to product brands & brand transformation approaches
What we look for
Required
Minimum of 8 years of progressive marketing, brand, or related experience, including experience in developing brand strategy, brand architecture, hierarchy, naming and taxonomy programs
Strong expertise in the HVAC & Controls area
Proven track record of strong leadership. Excellent communication skills and creativity are essential.
Ability to collaborate in a matrix environment and work in a global work setting
International marketing experience
Excellent written and spoken English language skills
Preferred
3-5 years of direct experience in brand management including brand rationalization bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or related curriculum
