Your tasks and responsibilities:
- The objectives is to ensure best in class proposals based on client needs
- End to end responsibility for tender process, internal and external
- Ensure compliance with Apleona requirements (governance, process, commercial etc.)
- Host of internal meetings (OPS Meetings, governance meetings (sounding board, red team etc.))
- In charge of development and submission of best in class proposal based on client needs
- 1st point of contact to client or consultant
- Leading Tender Project Team to develop best in class solutions and achieve market leading hit rate
Your expertise:
- Many years experience of leading high-performance international cross functional sales project teams
- Experience in leading international IFM projects and proven track record to prepare successful closing of deals
- Advantage English
- Strong communication skills
