To strengthen the Shaft Sinking and Drilling Division, we are looking to recruit a qualified
International Project Manager (m/f/d)
Requirements:
You have a degree in mining or civil engineering or a comparable qualification.
You are distinguished by:
· Several years of professional experience in (senior) project management roles in underground mining, tunnel or shaft construction
· Very good verbal and written language skills in English and ideally in German
· Excellent teamwork and communication skills as well as motivation, commitment, resilience and mobility
· Willingness for traveling and work abroad
Tasks:
· Advancing THYSSEN SCHACHTBAU GMBH's international projects strategy
· Technical and commercial lead and management of the project life cycle including tender stage, contract negotiation and execution
· Ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget and in compliance with HSEQ standards
· Management of project opportunities and risks
· High level of understanding of contract and claim management
· Understanding the importance of project controlling
· Leading stakeholder and communication management
· Central point of contact for all project stakeholders, including negotiations with clients, suppliers and subcontractors
· Taking an active role in shaping an international construction site team with a high degree of personal responsibility and a focus on team spirit and personal development in a fast-moving environment
