We are looking for a Procurement Excellence Manager (m/f/d) for our General Procurement department. This position can be filled at our headquarters in Mannheim.

Your Tasks

As part of the Procurement Excellence Team you define and execute the General defining process standards and ensuring these standards:

• Define process objectives, process strategy and relevant measurement factors
• Create and update guidelines, templates and SOPs
• Establish the P2P community of practice
• Ensure continuous communication and exchange with all General Procurement teams and other relevant stakeholder groups

As Process Manager:

• Independent supervision of processes within specific process areas
• Conduct user interviews and questionnaires
• Design, facilitate and document workshops
• Analyse and document of existing processes and identification of optimization areas
• Prepare and implement pilot projects and rollouts for new processes
• Describe requirements or change requests for systems
• Coordinate the creation of supporting materials such as "How do I" instructions, checklists and training materials

Your Profile

• At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of procurement and/or process management
• Knowledge and experience with process modeling standards, e.g. BPMN and/or knowledge of tools, e.g. ARIS
• Experience in project management would be an advantage
• Analytical thinking, a high degree of organizational talent and the ability to work under pressure
• Very good communication and presentation skills in English and knowledge of German would be an advantage
