We're seeking an IT Analyst to join our client at our multinational client in Baden Württemberg. If you're passionate about problem-solving and thrive in dynamic environments, we want you to join our team!!!

Tasks

  • Lead or support roll-out projects and configuration for Time & Attendance and Travel & Expense solutions.
  • Bridge technical solutions and business needs, resolving system-related issues.
  • Oversee Release Management and conduct patch impact analyses.
  • Collaborate with vendors and contribute to quality assurance/testing

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in IT systems support or operations.
  • Proficient in navigating complex IT environments; SAP HCM experience is an advantage.
  • Quick learner with strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communicator and proactive problem-solver.
  • Organized with a commitment to deadlines.
  • Fluent in English, German proficiency preferred.
