Stellenbeschreibung

Embark on a rewarding journey with our V.I.E Programme, as a COO Operations Specialist / Controller in the dynamic world of laboratory operations. As a direct associate to the COO, you will either assist or spearhead projects, playing a pivotal role in shaping our operational strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Actively learn and develop methodologies for enhancing operational efficiency, financial clarity, and cost management (KPI management)
• Establish, adapt, and standardize key concepts and procedures within Eurofins
• Learn and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of BI tools
• Maintain and manage daily reorganization for uninterrupted routine operations
• Foster best practices across our company network
• Collaborate and engage directly with laboratory management

The role's specifics will adapt based on group management priorities, available resources, and the individual skillset of the role holder, offering a dynamic and evolving work experience.

Qualifikationen

Qualifications:

• Recent graduates with up to 2 years of experience in business consulting, operational enhancement, or reengineering roles. Prior project management experience is desired
• A degree in Sciences or Business from a top-tier university. Stellar academic track records, degrees in Life Sciences and Chemistry (such as Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology), or profiles that blend science and business are advantageous
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English
• Basic German language proficiency is a plus

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Access DB, Power BI, and SQL is an asset.

Please note that the V.I.E contracts are only applicable to European Economic Area (EEA) citizens who are between 18 and 28 years old. The position is based in Gelsenkirchen, Germany.

Starting dates: immediate start

Duration of the programme: 12 or 24 months depending on the candidate's availability
