This position offers you the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the areas of communication and IT change management and to make a significant contribution to our company. Your Tasks:
- You support the development and implementation of our internal communication.
- You create content for various platforms such as Confluence, intranet, emails, presentations, videos, etc.
- You maintaining and updating our knowledge content and FAQs on a regular basis
- You will be involved in the creation and editing of AI videos for user training.
- You support the measurement and evaluation of the success of our communication activities.
- You will help with the organization and implementation of internal company events such as user training.
- You prepare technical topics in the IT workplace/M365 environment.
Necessary Skills:
- Ongoing studies in the field of: (business) informatics, marketing, media informatics or a comparable qualification
- Great interest in digitization topics
- Enjoyment of technology and creativity in its application
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Desired Skills:
- Ideally initial experience with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams (communication and change management)
- Experience or interest in creating communication content for different platforms
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
