Deine Aufgaben
- You are responsible for operating HR and potentially CRM in Microsoft Dynamics 365
- You develop and implement a strategy for using Microsoft Dynamics 365 to improve business processes
- You will be responsible for training employees in the use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and providing support if problems arise.
- You are jointly responsible for managing the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 by an external partner
- You contribute innovations and always test new technologies such as AI and evaluate the possible applications for FTI Tourism
Dein Profil
- You have a completed degree in computer science or business informatics, vocational training as an IT specialist (m/f) or a comparable qualification
- You have already gained professional experience in a comparable position
- You are familiar with HR Cloud Solutions (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power platform).
- Initial experience in programming and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365, as well as knowledge of Microsoft Azure is desirable
- Teamwork and good communication are among your strengths
- You have a good knowledge of spoken and written English, preferably also German
