We're a growing ed-tech on a mission to empower children throughout their learning journey, and we need your Financial expertise! Scoyo is looking for a Senior Controller to oversee all aspects of the financial operations here in our Berlin office.

What will you do as Senior Controller?
You are a critical thinker, who is not afraid to ask questions and delve in deep where finance is concerned. Your responsibilities will include:
- Booking invoices
- Monitoring actual financial performance against budget and forecast

VAT Tax Submissions
- Develop and present financial reports to various Stakeholders
- Salary Booking
- Act as a sparring Partner for our Country Manager
Job requirements
Who are you?
You are organised and thorough, with a keen eye for detail, and enjoy strategic decision making, we also consider the below to be a big plus:
- You have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a similar position
- You're based in Berlin, and can go into the office at least 3 days a week
- Proficiency in various Financial tools, including Exact
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German, and English.
